With hard work comes great reward. Hustling is part and parcel of Chef Teppei Yamashita's life, who began cooking at 19 years old. Eventually, after a gruelling period of apprenticeship and training, he eventually learnt how to prepare pufferfish, or the deadly fugu. In 2011, he opened Teppei Restaurant.
